How to request deletion (3 steps)
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Tell us what to delete — there are no accounts, so we cannot look you up by name. Include whichever applies:
- The email address you used for a re-measurement reminder
- A result link you shared (ondo.chat/r/…)
- A compatibility test invite link
- Done — we delete it within 10 days of receiving your request and confirm by email.
Delete it yourself right away (no request needed)
- Reminder email: tap "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the reminder email — your address is deleted immediately.
- Recent results stored on your device: home screen "🕘 Recent history" → "Clear history". Or Chrome Settings → Site settings → All sites → ondo.chat → Delete data.
Data deleted and retention periods

Data we may keep
Once a deletion request is processed we keep no copy of that data, except where the law requires retention, in which case it is stored separately for that period only. Anonymous statistics cannot be linked to you and may remain until the automatic deletion periods above.
